Joanie Marx Segment on ABC’s popular lifestyle and talk show, “Sac & Co”
With many of us making our New Year’s resolutions and setting goals for 2017, perhaps the most important thing to remember is that life is improvisational. It doesn’t always follow our script. What happens when our plans don’t turn out as we expected?
For example, you could be driving to work or on your way to a friend’s home and your car breaks down? Or maybe you’re at home and there’s a brief electrical outage. Here in Southern California, it’s not uncommon to be evacuated due to fires or flooding. The point is we can have the best-laid plans and sometimes life steps in and throws us a curve ball.
While there is much I cover on preparing for life’s challenges and how to “Refocus & Renew Your Life™” in my #1 Amazon Best Selling book, “Facelifts, Money & Prince Charming”, there are some everyday practical tips for navigating life’s twists and turns that I did not get into.
With that in mind, I had the great honor to once again be interviewed on ABC’s popular lifestyle and talk show, “Sac & Co”, hosted by Emmy Award winner, Mellisa Paul. In this fast-paced segment, I provide timely tips on what to include in an emergency kit, how to be better prepared for the unexpected, and why this is all about self-care and self-love.
Enjoy and please be sure to share the video with people you feel it would resonate with.
