Meet Joanie
Hello, my name is Joanie Marx and my passion is to help you Refocus & Renew Your Life™ in the areas that matter most. I also work as a Baby Boomer Advisor and spokesperson to improve the connection between major brands and the Invisible Customer With All the Money™
What makes me qualified to be your guide?
For thirty years I’ve been a professional actress and spokesperson for major brands. During this time, I’ve been honored to have appeared in several national commercials and co-starred in dozens of television shows, films, and stage plays.
In addition to my career as an actress, I also founded and sold a multi-million dollar business. And like many of my generation, I’ve managed to successfully navigate the turbulent and emotionally taxing waters of caring for loved ones who have since passed on.
I believe there are no rules to living your best life, no matter one’s age. My multi-faceted career is proof that when we learn how to break the myths we were raised on we can joyously drive-thru life and make it our own!
To help people of all ages accomplish this, I launched the Baby Boomer advocacy campaign, Drive-Thru, Make It Your Own® and then proceeded to write the #1 Amazon Best Seller, “Facelifts, Money & Prince Charming: Break Baby Boomer Myths & Live Your Best Life.”
LESSONS I’VE LEARNED
It’s one thing for me to talk about what I’ve achieved over the years and show others how to duplicate many of these accomplishments. It’s another thing altogether to alchemize the lessons I’ve learned and make them accessible for people of my generation and younger.
No one can guarantee anyone success, but I can assure you that if I had known earlier in my life what I do now, the obstacles and challenges I faced would have been a lot easier to get through. And it is this that drives me to help others avoid getting stuck on one path or having one’s talents stifled by the burden of remaining part of the status quo.
It is from these experiences of mine, coupled with my research of other’s experiences, that I’ve gained a unique vantage point for where and how people from all generations, specifically the Baby Boomers, can discover their inner Prince Charming and live their best life – not in the past or future – but right now!

“In her trailblazing book, I am proud to say that my colleague, Joanie Marx, not only courageously bares her soul in telling her inspiring story, but she creates new ways for baby boomers to examine their lives. Facelifts, Money and Prince Charming doesn’t pull any punches and exposes the media’s myths about the 55 and over crowd. As her producing partner on the commercial project, The McGranny Secret, I challenged her to share her truth in creating her Drive Thru Make it Your Own® campaign and that is exactly what Joanie has done in her book. With her own engaging style, Joanie reveals the truth about love, aging and creating one’s own happiness as a baby boomer.”
